I lead Carlson Dash’s Commercial Real Estate department, focusing on commercial real estate finance, purchase and sale transactions and commercial leases.
In the Profession
In my finance practice, I represent financial institutions and private lenders in complex transactions, including participations, syndications, commercial real estate loans, construction financing, and asset-based loans. I also work on restructurings and workouts, forbearance agreements, and deed-in-lieu transactions.
I handle acquisitions and dispositions across all asset classes of commercial real estate, representing both purchasers and sellers. Additionally, I work with landlords and tenants to negotiate commercial leases for multi-use buildings, retail, office, and industrial space.
Beyond real estate transactions, I provide general outside counsel advice to lenders, for-profit corporations, not-for-profit entities, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
In the Community
Outside of the office, I love being outdoors – preferably near water. I support local school and community organizations by volunteering and helping with fundraising. I enjoy traveling and exploring new places with family and friends, I read fiction whenever I get the chance and I keep my Duolingo streak going as long as possible.
