Morgan brings 10 years of experience in representing financial institutions, loan servicers, and creditors on the trial and appellate levels in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts and in arbitration. His focus is on commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy litigation.
Morgan has been selected as an Illinois Super Lawyer, Rising Star, from 2016-2022.
While in law school, Morgan served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jesse G. Reyes, Circuit Court of Cook County, and Charles R. Winkler, Circuit Court of Cook County, and served as Lead Articles Editor for the University of Illinois Chicago Law Review from 2011-2012.
