I grew up watching Cardinals baseball and Illinois basketball, but do not pay much attention to sports these days beyond my son’s soccer and baseball games. Although the Cubs World Series win was interesting to watch!
I spent 10 years serving on the Board of the Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance, supporting educational and cultural programming. I am passionate about causes that support, protect and advance education, nature and children, and work to prevent, treat and cure all types of cancer.
Hawaii is a favorite. Peru was magical. I would love to get back to Spain someday. I studied there over 20 years ago and had hoped to return every four years.
