Get to Know Samantha
What do you do in your free time?
I practice yoga, read constantly and do a lot of DIY projects. Otherwise, you’ll find me cooking, out to dinner with friends, or hanging out with my all-too-beloved bulldog.
What is the best book you have read recently?
I loved the book “10% Happier,” by Dan Harris. It discusses, and attempts to reconcile, the perceived dichotomy between the desire to achieve career-related success in a high-stress environment, and the desire to practice mindfulness and compassion.
Cats or dogs?
Dog. I am O-B-S-E-S-S-E-D with my English Bulldog.
