We are looking for a talented Corporate Attorney with a portable book of business to join our existing Corporate practice.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate must have a portable book of business and experience in the following areas:

  • Corporate start up and early round financing;
  • Creation and negotiation of membership and stock agreements;
  • Mergers and acquisitions; and
  • Corporate governance

The successful candidate will also:

  • be proactive, reliable, and responsive to client and firm needs;
  • possess excellent organizational and time management skills; and
  • bring innovative ideas to help grow our existing Corporate practice in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
