Jeremiah is a creditor’s rights attorney who litigates and zealously pursues creditor’s rights claims against indebted defendants.
He strives for amicable resolutions whenever possible to reduce litigation time and expense.
While attending law school, Jeremiah worked as a legal extern for the United States Department of Labor, and worked as a judicial law clerk for the Surety division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. After school Jeremiah honed his legal skills litigating accounts receivable on behalf of creditors and drafting and negotiating contracts for corporate clients. Jeremiah understands all business have diverse needs and they deserve a representative who will advocate on behalf of their unique situations.
Jeremiah helps run youth programs out of is family’s church/community center. Whether it be organizing youth field trips, running summer camps, or teaching bible study, Jeremiah is passionate about providing a safe and exciting place for kids to learn and grow.
