COVID-19 Relief Act Extends Bankruptcy Provisions

The recently passed COVID-19 Bankruptcy Relief Extension Act has extended many of the deadlines that would have otherwise sunset under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) passed in 2020, including the increased debt limits for the Small Business Reorganization Act as well as the availability of the 84-month plans in Chapter 13.
